1- By placing an order with Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc., either online or by telephone, you are consenting to the following terms of (this) our return policy.
2- We do NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless there is an error with the order that is our fault. If there was an error that was our fault, you can request a RS Label (Return Service) which is prepaid by Blockbuster golf Cars, Inc.
3- An RMA number is required for all returned or exchanged items, regardless of the circumstances; you may request an RMA number via email (sales@BlockBusterGolfCars.Com) or via Telephone (954-977-4131).  When requesting an RMA number, please include your name, the pertinent order number and the specific reason(s) for your request. *note: a credit memo may be issued as an pdf attachment in our corresponding email and that credit memo number is also our internal & your RMA number.
4- All returned items must be shipped back to us pre-paid: NO COD Packages are ever accepted.
5- Items are only eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
6- Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused or may be misdirected.
7- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to our suppliers policies.
8- Items must be returned in original resalable condition; any items with signs of use or installation damage will not be refunded, exchanged or issued a credit for.
9- Custom and special order (Non-Stocking)products are not eligible for return or exchange.
10- Items that are in error due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
11- All electrical components are not eligible for return or exchange; this includes, but is not limited to: electric motors, electronic speed controllers, switches of any type, solenoids, relays, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, ignition parts, coils, igniters, voltage regulators, and starter/generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer's warranty. Furthermore, the following items or products are not returnable or exchangeable; lift kits, cargo boxes, clutches and any custom parts orders. Please (click the More Info & Parts #'s) Link For Each Part Or Accessory For Important Details because there might be specific return policy guidelines for that particular part or accessory.
12- If you have any trouble or questions regarding selection of the right components please call us at (954) 977-4131 so we can help you order what you need.
13- If your package arrives damaged, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to report it to Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. immediately. The responsible carrier is liable. The Customer Must Save All Packing For Inspection By The Carrier. Should The Customer Fails To Save The Packaging All Claims And Disputes (Carrier and Credit Card Merchants) Will be Denied. Or your simply refuse delivery of the package.
14- If the package was damaged in transit, the carrier is liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you.
15- If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit, or your order was shipped short, you have three business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report with the carrier and or replace missing parts shipped short. *Note:  Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. Takes Great Preventative Measure To Ensure Your Order Accuracy By Triple Checking Each Package Along With Documentation That It Was Packed Properly And All Parts Were Put Into The Package...
16- All shipments are delivered without signature requirement by default; if your order is to be shipped with a signature requirement, please request this in the 'Customer Notes' text area of the final billing page. Blockbuster Golf Cars Reserves The Right To Change Your Preffered Shipping Carrier.
17- Please Be Advised: if a package is delivered without a signature requirement, once the package is left at the destination, Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. and the shipping company are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
18- Returned product(s) must be boxed with sufficient packing material to adequately protect the contents. Products that are returned to us damaged as a result of inadequate packaging on the part of the customer will NOT be eligible for credit or exchange. Include your name, address, daytime phone number and order number along with the last four digits of the original credit card number.
19- If you ordered the wrong product by mistake please let us know what product you would like to have in exchange.
20- There are NO cash refunds and credit refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
21- You may send the package back with a clearly written RMA number, either via UPS or Federal Express ground service only. Again we do not refund shipping cost unless we sent you the wrong part.
22- Once we receive the return, we will then process the return and promptly issue an appropriate credit or refund.
23- We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part unless you are will to pay in advance for the replacement part along with shipping.
24- All returned parts will be subject to inspection to determine the condition of the returned merchandise; any credit or refund will be prorated based on the condition of the returned item.
25- The credit or refund amount may be less than the original payment based on the condition of the returned items.
26- Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. is not responsible for ANY labor costs which are incurred as a result of the installation of any incorrect or defective parts or if the correct parts are installed in a manner inconsistent with the instructions given in the appropriate service manual and performed by a qualified Golf Cart repair technician.
27- This Entire Return Policy, Prices And Our Entire Web Site Is Subject To Change Without Any Written Or Prior Notice.
28- All Items Listed On Orders, Invoices, Sales Orders Shipped and or Delivered Will Remain The Property Of Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. Until Paid For In Full.
